"State Farm has handled all of our insurance needs, both automotive and homeowner since 1971. Travis has been our agent since 1992. Although maybe not always the lowest in premiums their outstanding customer service has been the deciding factor. Most recently, Kimberly went the extra mile, made numerous phone calls/emails and ultimately got our deductible refunded on a claim that should have been paid by AAA but had to be covered by State Farm. ( I guess that's why we have "Uninsured/Underinsured motorist" coverage.) You may find cheaper insurance but you won't find better customer service."
